Our drawing component managers handle a variety of tasks from project assignment through turnkey and archive. While our product may be limited to AutoCad generated documents, our study was not and included administrative tasks like bidding, reports and quality control matters as well. Our extensive studies of CAD systems have revealed very low levels of variance in the final output and most common edits areas of study. While there were certainly differences of style and procedure, the intent and functionality aspects remained remarkably consistent. Based upon data from accumulated mark-ups, IntuiCAD addresses actual office practices under project conditions. The mark-ups represent actual work performed, the more complete the set of marks, the more measurable the job (and tool!) performance. While the comments may point to an aesthetic or style correction to be made, the fact remains that the correction was made.

Mark-ups also negate any need to discuss the source of errors. If the matter can be minimized through anticipatory or intuitive design it will cease to exist except for intentionally. Editing time for the vast majority of most common edits has been reduced 90% or more.

At IntuiCAD, efficient solutions mean out of the box production with an almost non-existent learning curve. Productive practices can be integrated into the drawings themselves, freeing engineers and designers to focus on far more crucial topics and tasks.
